Donna Widener Obituary

Donna Widener N. Charleston - Donna Hatchell Widener, 50, of North Charleston, wife of John Timothy "Tim" Widener, entered into eternal rest Wednesday June 6, 2018 at her home. Donna was born in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Wylie Hatchell and Deloris Powell Hatchell. She was a former employee of Behr Heat transfer for over 20 years. She enjoyed people, sitting on her front porch and visiting with everyone. Donna will be remembered as a very loving person. The relatives and friends of Donna H. Widener are invited to attend her funeral services on Monday June 11, 2018 at 11 am at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, burial will follow at Carolina Memorial park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for 10 to 11 am Monday. Donna is survived by her husband of 29 years," Tim" Widener, son: Timothy Alan Widener, daughter: Maryann Elizabeth Widener and a grandchild: Isabel Cristina Widener, sisters: Mickey Mueller (Richard) of New Orleans, Deborah Johnson (Pete) of Summerville, SC, Diane Reynolds (Buddy) of Clarksville, TN, Helen Geist (Fred) of Ladson, SC, Judy Hatchell and Sharon Sease both of Charleston, SC. Donna was preceded in death by a brother: Danny Hatchell (Debbie) and Jasper P. Widener and Mary Elizabeth Widener. The family would like to express their deep appreciation of Thanks to Hospice of Roper St. Francis and the nurses at Roper St. Frances hospital.
