Donald Trivett Obituary

TRIVETT, Donald Donald Eugene Trivett, 70, of Macedonia, SC, a retired driver for UPS, died Thursday evening in a North Charleston hospital. His funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday morning, February 24, 2009, in the CHAPEL OF DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER. Interment will follow in Berkeley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday evening. Mr. Trivett was born April 16, 1938, in Blanchester, Ohio, a son of Aaron Trivett and Thelma Johnson Trivett. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Trivett was a former member of an antique car club, enjoyed swimming, building garages and decks, and working in the yard. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather, and loved to play with his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Barbara May McAfee Trivett; a daughter, Karen Spier and her husband, Doug, of Macedonia; a son, Donald C. Trivett of Macedonia; and three grandchildren, Shannon and Kristen Spier both of Macedonia, and Fallon Trivett of Cincinnati, OH.
