I had the pleasure to work closely with Don in the 1990's when Don was an active member of the National Council of Social Security Management Associations Executive Committee, serving as President from 1995 to 1997. Don was a passionate advocate for ensuring that citizens received compassionate and effective services from the Social Security Administration.
