Donald Watson Eadie, Sr.
Ridgeville - Donald Watson Eadie, Sr., 84, of Ridgeville, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel 2180 Greenridge Rd. North Charleston SC. His Graveside Service will be held Monday, March 2, 2026 at Riverview Memorial Park 3715 Azalea Dr. North Charleston, SC at 2:00 pm.
Donald was born May 31, 1941 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Heyward Daniel Eadie and the late Thema Elizabeth Adkins Eadie. An avid outdoorsman, Donald found immense joy in hunting, relishing the tranquility of nature and the thrill it provided. His enthusiasm extended beyond the woods; he was a devoted fan of NASCAR and held a special admiration for the legendary Dale Earnhardt.
He is survived by children: Donna Lynn Eadie of Summerville, Donald Watson Eadie, Jr. of Ridgeville, SC and Richard Eadie of New York; grandchildren: Dustin Irvine, Chandler Porter, and Mason Buchanan; nephew, Timothy Eadie; and niece, Sharon Eadie; former wife, Sharon Lynn Taylor of Summerville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: HD Eadie, and Ronald "Bubba" Eadie.
