To the Messervy Family - May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He send you His blessings and assurances that Donnie is in His loving care. We remember so many good times with Donnie and Betty and were privileged to bear witness to their bravery, kindness and dignity. We were saddened to learn of Donnie's passing. Our sincerest condolences to his entire family and his friends.

We enjoyed the many breakfasts we shared with Donnie and members of his family on our many trips to Charleston. Breakfast at the Huddle House won't be the same without him.

Donnie and family are in our thoughts any prayers. We are sorry we can't be there, but know you are in our hearts.

So sorry to hear of Don's passing. I worked with him at Sanders, he was a very caring guy. He actually brought me a bird that he found on a job site once because my husband ran a pet shop. I took it it a vet we knew who worked with the wild birds and it was a baby vulture they named Sedwick Messervy. He called me every day to check in on Sedwick. He will be greatly missed by the people he touched. So sorry for your loss.
