Words simply can not express how this loss of my friend has impacted my life. I have so many great memories of Dennis. He was a great Dad who always wanted his children to accomplish more than he did. He tried to expose them to so many things. A man that reared two sons and a daughter is a man to be respected. He was so proud of this children.
I remember training with Dennis to ride in the Tour DeCure 100 mile bike ride. We rode from Orangeburg to Reevesville and Ridgeville to Walterboro and that was just training for the event!!
Anyone that knew Dennis would say that if there was something he could do for you,he would do it. There are so many people that still owe him for doing their plumbing work. If they did not have the money or simply promised to pay later he would do the work.
My friend was a true friend to me and I will miss his smile and humor!!!
