DeLores Weaver Obituary

I am so sorry to hear of this very sad, sad news. Delores was such an amazingly vibrant human being and lit up the room. My thoughts and condolences go to your family at this time.

We didn't see Delores that often but when we did, she always treated us like family. She was a special person who touched many lives and her enthusiasm for life made the world a better place. Kathleen and I offer our deepest condolences, John.

We just had a friend die this week of ALS and know what Delores and you went through.

John, Gene and I were shocked to see the news of Delores' death. We had no idea she had been sick. My dad passed away four years ago with ALS-it is a horrible disease. I am so sorry for all your family has gone through. We always thought the world of Delores, she was fun-loving and enjoyed life. May you all rest knowing that she is peaceful. "Grief Does Pass, Time Does Heal, Life Does go On" We have experienced death ourselves and know how you must feel. My condolences go out to the family. I didn't have the opportunity to meet DeLores but heard wonderful stories about her through mutual friends. She will be missed greatly by them.

Growing up in the Logue family meant that you saw all of the aunts, uncles and cousins at least once a month. Christmas and Thanksgiving were special as all of the Logue clan gathered at Mama Logue's for great food and wonderful times together. Growing up, I have found memories of Delores and her family. We were more than just cousins, we were more like brothers and sisters. Delores was always smiling and laughing, you couldn't help but feel good around her.
