Dean "Chip" Venoy Mason, Jr. DANIEL ISLAND - Dean "Chip" Venoy Mason, Jr, 69, of Daniel Island, South Carolina, formally of Union, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, May 16, 2023. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023, in The Church at LifePark, 1151 George Browder Blvd. at 11:00 am. Interment with military honors will be held at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens following the service. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel. Dean was born April 8, 1954 in Greer, South Carolina, son of the late Dean Venoy Mason, Sr. and the late Mary Kathryn Hodge Foster Mason. He was a proud US Army Veteran and will be remembered for the way he loved his country and his family. He is survived by brother, Ken Mason of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three nieces, Kimberly Mason (Ryan) Forrest of Colorado Springs, CO, Anna Mason (Corey) Ellsworth of Columbia, SC, Miranda Mason of Alexandria, VA; and nephew, Ben Mason (Hillary) of Mt.
