To Phyllis and "Gene's Girls",

Billy and I want all of you to know how special Gene was to us. We kidded back and forth as his sense of humor was tireless! I wish he could know that we did indeed get married and we would have liked nothing more than for him and Phyllis to be with us on "our" day. Phyllis, he loved you more than you will ever imagine. Girls and grandchildren, you completed his life and were truly loved by a wonderful man. We will miss him.

Barbara, our family, and I were extremely saddened to hear of "Gene's" passing. He was a "one of a kind" person. Gene was one of Troy Thomas's best friends. That's how I came to know him. He was always there when you needed him and offered to help in anyway he could. He will certainly be missed by those who knew him well! Our condolences to his family. Ed, Barbara and Anderson family.

What a tremendous loss to Belvedere Masonic Lodge. Wo. Bro. Gene not only welcomed me as a new Mason in 1993, he mentored me in many ways. I will truly miss him, and will never forget our fellowship together. Welcome, my good and faithful servant.
