CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Mr. David Nelson and those of his wife, the late Mrs. Ruth Nelson; those of his daughter, Mrs. Louellen (Franklin) Carter of Summerville, SC; those of his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Katie Nelson; those of his sister, Ms. Maliser (the late Oscar) Conner, those of his special grandniece, Mrs. Yolanda (Lawrence) Rivers; those of his nieces, Mrs. Ulamae (Benjamin) Mood, Mrs. Ruthmae (Jimmy) Whitney, Ms. Mary Brinson and Ms. Audrey Hunt and those of his cousins and other relatives and friends are invited to attend hs home going service on Saturday, March 10, 2012, 12:00 Noon at Enoch Chapel United Methodist Church, 2355 James Bell Drive, North Charleston, SC; Rev. Victoria Richardson, Pastor. Interment will follow at Cherry Hill Cemetery, Ladson, SC. Mr. Nelson will repose this evening in the funeral home chapel from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 8:00.
