I have only the fondest of memories of Dr. Mishkin. What a lovely man and wonderful educator. He eagerly shared his knowledge and constantly encouraged those of us who were fortunate enough to train under his guidance. My heartfelt condolences to his family. Know that he made many positive contribuitons to the lives of others.

To Erin and family,
My sincere sympathy goes out to you and your family Erin. I'll never forget the advice he gave to me regarding some dental issues that I was having while you were here at NPR and his contributions to our newsletter - The Dish.
You are in my prayers.

Dear Jenny, Devon and Erin, We were returning from a reunion weekend in Charleston when we read of David's memorial service. He was always so much fun. The last time I saw him, I was having some work done at the Dental School. He saw me, came into the room, and we laughed and caught up on old times. Our love and prayers go out to each of you. Dear Family,
I am sad to hear of your lost. Dr. Mishkin was a very kind and fun loving person. I have known Dr. Mishkin through my mom working at the dental facility at MUSC since I was a little girl. I'll always remember his jokes and brilliant smile. As time passes along things will get better for you all and he will always be looking over each and all with his loving smile.

Dear Devon and family,
I am thinking of you and wishing I could be there in person tomorrow for the memorial service. I will be in the U.S. in December and will make a sincere effort to see you then. I pray that you will allow the Lord to be a source of comfort to you in your time of sorrow as He comforted us almost 6 years ago when Mom went to heaven. Love, Mary Jane

So very sorry to hear of Dr. Mishkin's passing. He was a great and funny person. He introduced me to Dr. Galin as "the girl with the Gloria Vanderbilt jeans!". I was no girl, but it got me an appointment at the Dental clinic.
My sincerest condolences to the family on your loss. He left too young!

Jenny, Devon, Erin, Adam, Steve, Langdon and Will,
We are so sad in the loss of one of the brightest lights that ever entered into our lives. Our babies have lost a wonderful DeDa who loved them dearly and they loved him as much. We will always remember David's brilliant smile, fun loving personality amd what an impact he had on our Lauren's life to persue her dream of being in the drumline of a high school marching band--this was David Mishkin!!!! We will always remember him with fondness and much love--we are honored to have had him a part of our family for 11 yrs. May you all find comfort and peace in the wonderful man that David was. Our prayers are with each of you and we love you.

Our group of friends in Watertown was very special, and David was part of that group. Although it has been many years since I have seen most of them, we have kept in touch directly or indirectly and shared each other's joys, accomplishments and sorrows. I will always remember David with fondness--he was a good friend. My condolences to his family.
