David L. Millar MCDONOUGH, GA - David L. Millar, age 89, of McDonough, GA, died Friday, July 29, 2016. He was born in Charleston, SC to the late Theodore Dehone and Edna Bonnell Millar. He was also preceded in death by his son, David Bonnell Millar, five brothers, and one sister. David was a big family man, he loved to travel, spending time at the beach and playing poker. He was a Navy Veteran serving during WWII. During his life time, David had the honor of owning his own business, Dave Millar Funiture in College Park, GA. David is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Davina and Harold Johnson of McDonough, GA, Valerie Millar of Ellijay, GA; grandchildren, Wesley McConnell and Melissa Falligan; great-grandson, Cameron Holloway; several neices, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, with Father Scott Harding officiating.
