David Mallard Obituary

David M. Mallard SUMMERVILLE - David M. Mallard, a 67-year-old lifelong Summerville resident and retired accountant, passed away June 9, 2017. He is survived by his wife and best friend of 37 years, Sandra Blair Mactavish Mallard; daughter, Blair Mallard Stegall and son-in-law, Bart J. Stegall; twin granddaughters, Anna Blair and Delaney Stegall; and son, David M. "Brother" Mallard, Jr. A memorial service will be held in Summerville at Bethany United Methodist Church's Spell Chapel on Tuesday, June 13 at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in memory of David M. Mallard to: Charleston Community Sailing, Inc. (P.O.
