David Leonard Obituary

David Victor Leonard MT. PLEASANT - David Victor Leonard, Jr., 69, husband of Caroline Crisler Leonard of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on May 7, 2011. A cryptside service will be held at a later date at Ferndale Cemetery, Hartsdale, New York. The family will received friends on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, in J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Mr. Leonard was born on January 23, 1942, in New York, New York, son of the late David Victor Leonard and Margaret White Leonard. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict and was a retired real estate broker. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Caroline C. Leonard of Mt. Pleasant, SC; one son, David Victor Leonard, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and two grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be made to the Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
