David Jacobs Obituary

Mr. and Mrs Jacobs,
Dave was in F-Troop with me at the Citadel. I must say that he was the epitomy of "A Citadel Man". He will be greatly missed. My thoughts prayers are with your family.

I had the pleasure of meeting your son several years ago when he visited West Columbia and saw him frequently when he was up there to fish. It was evident from the short amount of time I spent with him that he was a funny, kind southern boy and a true gentleman. I was truly, truly saddened to learn of his passing. Please take comfort knowing you raised an excellent man.

I knew david for just a short time and he became a good friend and a mentor that i looked up to. He taught me alot about the sport of turkey hunting and for that i am truly grateful. I want you to know that you raised a good man.

I was very sorry to learn that young David had passed away. Though I didn't know you folks for very long, it was evident that the Jacobs family is a very tight family with many strong and faithful friends. Please accept my most sincere sympathy. I'm so sorry.
