Mr and Mrs. David E. Hooker were two very influential people, in the Doerun and Moultrie communities. My first memory of Mr. Hooker was when i was in the first grade at the elementary school. My husband first remembers the couple in 1969, Mrs. Hooker was his first teacher.

I remember Mr. Hooker from working with him at the SCESC in Charleston. He was a kind and gentle man. So sorry for your loss. Prayers up for the family.
