I'm so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. He was a regular at the MUSC Wellness Center, and I had the pleasure of teaching the STAE Fit class that he and Jane attended. He was a great guy and will be missed by all.

Lisa, I am so sorry for your loss. I know the pain you are experiencing right now and will for many years to come. The losses never get easier as we lose other family and friends. The loss of my father and brother over the years was sad but the loss of my sister recently was extremely bad. She was one of my closest friends and her dying unexpectedly left a huge hole in my life. Please take time to grieve in any way you think is necessary. Everyone heals in different ways. Continue to travel and enjoy life while you and your man (with the crazy hair) can. Take care and come visit me soon.
