David Chilman Obituary

David Frederick Chilman CHARLESTON - David Chilman, 76, of Charleston, SC, passed away November 1, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Jean Dunklin and daughter, Kimberly Chilman, both of Charleston, along with his brother, Robert Chilman (Paula), and sister, Julie Kauflin (Robert). Dave was born March 29, 1946 in Walton on Thames in Surrey, England and lived there until 1955, when he moved to Washington DC. He later attended Virginia Tech and eventually settled in Charleston. Dave was an avid boater who loved the water and enjoyed spending the winters in the Florida Keys. A Celebration of Life drop in will be held at Angel Oak Restaurant and Bar, 3669 Savannah Hwy, Johns Island, SC 29455 on Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
