To the Anderson family,
I just found out that David Anderson died today. I knew him when I went to Nativity. He was a great guy and I loved how he was one of those kids that was kind to people of all ethnicities especially since I was the only Asian kid that went to Nativity. Such a huge loss for a loving, kind family...my deepest condolences.

Wow I just found out... wondering why he did not return phone calls... Dave you were a great guy...my main friend in PHX... you brought be back to life once... I hope you had a chance to experience life free from the grips.... I'll miss you bro

I want to thank you for the call today that told me about Dave. Although I had only met him one time, I thought he was such a wonderful guy. He wanted me to clean his house, he gave me the code for his garage and said to go look at it. I kept trying to call him, but no answer. I can't imagine the pain you are going through. I have lost my Dad, my brother and a sister, but losing a Son would definitly make me lose my mind. I have three Son's. Thankyou for being so strong and calling back all the people who left messages for your Son, it must have been incredibly hard. I know that you will have to live with this saddness for all of your lives. I wish I could do something to ease your pain. I will pray for you.

Dear Anderson family, I am so sad to hear of your loss. I am sure there are no words that really comfort you, but I hope you will eventually find peace. I had not seen Dave in a long time, but I remember him very well. He had a very unique personality that set him apart from the rest. In high school he was such a nice, humble, sincere, and generous guy. I truly thought that he was beyond his years in many regards. He was a stand-up guy and I admired him. Again, I am so sorry to hear of your loss and I wish there was something I could do.

Anderson Family,

May God carry each one of you through this tragedy. We only knew David as a child, and he was delightful and, most of the time, a very busy little guy. He will be missed.

oh my, what can anyone say at a time like this except i am so sorry for your loss. so so sorry.
i have not seen david since he was a little boy being pushed around in a grocery cart at jerry's, yet i remember him destinctly. he had that little stinker of a smile that made him all the more adorable. i wish so much that there was something i could say or do to ease your pain, but i know in reality there is nothing, except to tell you that i will hold you all very close in my prayers. and if you look you will find comfort in your many friends and family members.

Chris, Katie and Ed: Praised be Jesus Christ! Dianne LaScotte told us of David's death. The outpouring of love and prayer that all these entries demonstrate are a beautiful reminder of the immense love God has for David. Our daughter Sister Catherine Marie OCD and the entire Carmelite community are praying for David. Mary Bridget, Katie's friend and teammate, is so crushed & is praying for David as we all are, and for each of you in your loss. I prayed out loud for David at the Prayers of the Faithful this morning at OLG. He resides now in the loving arms of Christ. "Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither be afraid ... " (Jn 14.1) God love you all.

Dave has been a friend of the family ever since high school. He and my son, Peter, were close. Dave was an exceptionally nice person and always had nothing but kind words to say.
