Darrell Goude RIDGEVILLE, SC - Darrell Andrew Goude, 70, of Ridgeville, husband of Sherry M. Goude, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 1 to 2 pm at James A. Dyal Funeral Home in Summerville. A funeral service will begin at 2 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens. Darrell was born on September 21, 1952, in Charleston, SC, son of the late Hoyt and Viva Nelle Goude. He and his wife, Sherry, enjoyed 42 years of marriage. Darrell was an avid deer hunter and loved the outdoors. He was a much beloved husband, father, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Preston Hoyt Goude, and his brother, Stephen Hoyt Goude. In addition to his wife, Sherry, he is survived by siblings: James "Jimmy" Alexander Goude (Dianne) of Dorchester and Linda Jean Goude Roberts (Richard) of Moncks Corner; sisters-in-law: Debra King (James) and Michelle Williams (Shane) of Summerville; nieces and nephews: Matt Misuraca, Karina Misuraca, Felicia and Kelli Taylor; and a number of great-niece's and nephews.
