It was with a heavy heart that I heard the news of the passing of a dear friend Darrell Eidem. He was a fellow reservist, a co-worker from the old Naval Supply Center, and a fellow neighbour from the Camelot/Pineview area of Goose Creek. He was the "Chief" of our unit at the AF Reserves, but he never let you forget his door was always open to all. He has gone home and leaves an empty spot that can never be filled in lives of all who knew and loved him. I pray the Lord be with his family to console them in this time great sadness
