Of Avalon, on Monday, March 21, 2005; beloved brother of Betty Stanton, Margaret Seifer and her husband, Arley, John Stanton and his wife, Sandra, Kevin Stanton and his wife, Judy, Theresa Stanton, Martin Stanton and his wife, Judy, Patricia Stanton and the late Nora Hirt; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Boo & The Stanton Family, I just found out about "Uncle" Deak's passing last night. I am so very sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers go out to all of you in this time of sorrow. "Uncle" Deak was a very kind man and a true friend. We shared may good times & stories down "the Bucket". He will be missed.

I'll remember Deak as a friend when I needed friends the most. I'll especially remember him sponsoring our "Deak's" dek-hockey club and the fun we had that year. Although I'm part English this Irishman and I always got along, especially when watching his beloved Notre Dame playing. He'll be deeply missed by my wife Jennifer and myself....
