Daniel Pierce Obituary

Daniel M. Pierce SUMMERVILLE - Daniel Michael "Danny" Pierce, 46, of Summerville, SC, a former warehouse manager and maintenance employee for Charming Inns of Charleston, died Thursday afternoon in a Charleston hospital. His funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday afternoon, November 7, 2010, at the graveside in Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow directed by DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER. Mr. Pierce was born June 20, 1964, in Howell, MI, a son of William H. Pierce and Viola Marie Riecks Pierce. Danny loved to make people laugh. He was a good father and enjoyed spending time with his two sons. His hobbies were doing mechanic work on cars and playing pool. Mr. Pierce was preceded in death by two brothers, Chucky Pierce and Kenny Pierce. Surviving are, his mother of Brighton, MI; two sons, Jonathan "Johnny" Pierce and Jason Pierce both of Summerville; a sister, Becky Hubert of Indiana; four brothers, Steve Pierce of Brighton, MI, Bruce Pierce of VA, Dale Pierce of Summerville, and Tim Pierce of Moncks Corner.
