Daniel Burlin Hunt ABBEVILLE, SC - Daniel Burlin Hunt, 65, resident of Abbeville, husband of Julie Charnley Hunt, passed away March 9, 2016, at Self Regional Medical Center. Born November 2, 1950, in Norfolk, VA, he was a son of the late Capt. William Andrew Hunt and Eleanor Lovekin Hunt. Being a son of a Navy officer, he lived in various places throughout his youth. Daniel graduated Moultrie High School in Mt. Pleasant and was a 1973 graduate of Clemson University, where he was a member of the Chi Psi Fraternity. He was employed with Fuji Photo Film as a distribution center supervisor. He was a member and deacon of First Greenwood Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. Surviving in addition to his wife of 41 years are a daughter, Noelle Hunt of Beverly Hills, CA; two sisters, Joanne and husband Dr. A.P. "Bo" Kitchin of Monroe, NC, and Marylou and husband Ray Owens of Piedmont, SC; two brothers, Michael and wife Marty Hunt of Charlotte, NC and Richard and wife Brenda Hunt of Seneca, SC; a cousin, Richard and Diane White of Raleigh, NC; his "Second Mother" Rosetta Frasier of Awendaw, SC; and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday at First Greenwood Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church with Rev. Todd McCoy and Rev. Mike Horne officiating.
