Dear Dianne,
Dan was sure a super guy. He, Ivan and Doug Bunch enjoyed their motorcycles among other things. All three were as good as gold.
May they all rest in peace.
Dianne, please accept my condolences.
Sincerely,
Laura V.

We always looked forward to the Thankgivings spent with Dan and Diane (and the kids!)! Always a fun and treasured time when they would come down to Central Florida! Shooting pool, having the occasional adult beverage, eating way too much, solving the worlds problems and playing with the pups! So many good and memorable times indeed! "Uncle Dan" was always there with his quick wit and that sarcastic sense of humor ! Too fun! We will miss you Dan....Rest in peace in Gods Glorious Hands! All of our love!

We got to know Dianne and Dan when they joined our church and sat in the pew in front of us for several years. Dan had a great sense of humor and loved to tease my mother - in - law, who loved him. I soon learned that he was a champion amateur tennis player and golfer. I was blessed to spend more time with him. He was always "in his happy place," as Dianne would say, even as his condition worsened. They both have inspired me to with their wonderful attitudes and faith. In four years, I never saw them discouraged. We became such close friends that I now feel there is a hole in my life. He is now in his "enteral happy place," in the arms of our loving Lord.

When we moved to the neighborhood over 20 years ago, Dan was the first person we met. Always friendly. Always willing to lend a hand. Always had a smile. We often saw him out working in his yard or walking one of the dogs. He was the definition of a gentleman, and he will be truly missed. Dianne, our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My husband and I were fortunate to have Dan and Dianne as neighbors for many years and what good neighbors they were. Dan was always there to help out in any way needed. It was not unusual to walk into the garage and see my husband Doug and Dan laughing and having a good time together. Doug always had a story to tell about what he and Dan had been up to.
Dan was a good man, a good friend and neighbor and a loving and devoted husband.
My condolences to my dear friend Dianne and family.

Dan was a happy and kind friend! We shared a love for dogs with him! He helped us create many fine memories in the our North Carolina mountain home along with being our neighbor in Orlando! His Christian faith assures us that he is in the arms of Jesus
