Daniel Garland Obituary

Daniel Joseph Garland GOOSE CREEK - Daniel Joseph Garland, age 65, of Goose Creek SC, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at a local hospital. He was born in Greensboro, PA on December 17, 1947 to the late Robert Garland and Thelma McGee Garland. He served his country in the United States Navy and retired as Hospital Corpsman First Class after 20 years service. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and also enjoyed NASCAR racing. Daniel is survived by his wife: Sylvia Garland of Goose Creek SC; daughter: Robin Monroe (Dennis) of Summerville SC; sons: Erik Garland of Goose Creek SC, and Matthew Garland (Janel) of Summerville SC. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in honor of Daniel Garland to Pets Helpers, 1447 Folly Road, Charleston, SC 29412. Services provided by Carolina Memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations.
