Dan and I were cousins. Aunt Essie and my Daddy Richie J Smoak Sr were Brother and Sister. Altho it has been a long time since Dan & I have seen each other, I have fond memories of the times we spent together. In fact I have a picture of Dan holding me when I was about 2 yrs old. I know you will miss him so much, and my Sympathy is with you all. He always was such a gentle, special person. May God Bless you all.Love Julia

I have known of your family all my life but have never met you. A friend recently called to say that they had met a gentleman, Daniel Durst, and that he looked like my Dad, Dr. George Durst, Sr. Dad used to say that we were related. I'm so sorry that I have never met your family and grieve with you in your loss. My dad has been gone for 13 years and we lost my Mom a year ago. I'll keep you in my prayers.
