Oh, TT,
You were the first person to visit me, when i was two days old, you left me with a scar over my eye so that I would never forget you. You were the first person to welcome me to womanhood. What am I going to do without you, I never brought myself to believe you were gone until I read your obituary and saw your smiling face. That is the way I will always remember my TT, a warm smiling face. I love you more than you'll ever know. Infinite hugs and kisses from me ! Your Brittany Sara

Ms. Ann,
As a child, we think that our parents will live forever, but as we reach adulthood we realize that our time together is limited and we learn to enjoy every moment, taking nothing for granted. I know that your children have enjoyed every moment of your lives together. I always remember you smiling, and will forever. You will be dearly missed, but we know that we will meet again. I love you.

My sister, my best friend I will miss our daily talks - -2/3 times a day. Its hard to believe that you have gone home to be with our Lord and Savior now you get to talk to God face to face all day. I am really going to miss you. So until we meet on that great "gitten up morning" farewell my sister.

My friend my sister, some people enter ones life for a moment and some for a season, but you took a permanent resident in my heart. Although our lord and savior decided that it was time for you to move on, the things you added to my life and the mark you left on my heart you will never be forgotten . I'll love you and miss you forever.

Ann,
My friend, my sister, I love you. I will miss you so much. I have so many wonderful memories of the times we shared in Havelock. From the first day we met (when Btittany was two days old) we had an instant connection. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Ms. Ann,

I hope you are enjoying your new home in God's Kingdom. Thank you so much for always being such a good friend to my mother over the years. Thoughts about the Cherry Point days also bring a smile to my face... how many times did you have to set me and Darrin straight? Thank you for always caring and for always having a sense of humor. You will be missed.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Mom,

You know it really didn’t hit me that you were gone until I saw your obituary page. I kept looking at the wonderful messages everyone left and the sweet words of encouragement for us (your family & friends) and still couldn’t bring myself to leaving my own message. But I think I’m ready now, although you already knew, so here goes:

You were my best friend, and I still catch myself dialing your number to call and see how you are doing or to just chit chat. But then I realize that you are with God and when I talk to Him, I’m talking to you. There are so many things I wanted to say and do, but I know God had bigger plans for you. So for now, rest in His loving arms and keep watch over us as we continue to make it through this life…until we meet again.

I miss you so much...

Your Best Friend & Loving daughter

Miss. Ann,
I will truly miss you. I'll always remember when you'd send me and Wanda out to get your many cups of crushed ice. I won't forget your motherly talks to us during those Cherry Point days. I thank you for opening your home to me during my troublesome teenage years. I will always be greatful to you for your beautiful daughter, Wanda. She's always been and continues to be my best friend. Please know that even though we are far apart, I will do my best to help her and her family when she needs me. I'm sorry that the kids and I were unable to visit you. I think you would have been pleased with Kenny and Brittanys' progress and pleased with me for raising model citizens. See... I listened... :) I love you, Rest in Peace Sweet Ann, Your long lost wannabe daughter,

Ann,

My friend! I will truly miss you, I remember like yesterday the first time we met. We became such good friends, we cared, we shared, we laughed together and sometimes we even cried together. I remember how we loved to go fishing and cut the fool while doing so. I can sit here forever just remembering all the good times we shared. You may be gone but my memories of you will last forever)

Mrs. Cora is going to be missed not only by family but by her friends as well..I would like to take this time to say to the family "weeping may endure for a night but joy WILL come in the morning. Don't take this time to shed tears of sorrow but shed tears of joy because she is no longer suffering but resting in the bosom of Jesus. May God bless you all richly and remember "earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal...Much love!
