Connie Malmgren Obituary

Connie Bryan Malmgren Summerville - Connie Bryan Malmgren of Summerville, SC died January 22, 2017. Ms. Malmgren was born September 24, 1955, the daughter of the late Romie William and Rhea Cook Bryan of Barnwell, SC. She attended Jefferson Davis Academy and the Barnwell public schools. She was a graduate of Charleston Cosmetology and long time employee of Walgreens. Survivors include one son, Stewart Hightower of Summerville; one granddaughter, Hannah Hightower of Ulmer, SC; sisters, Beth Bryan of Summerville, and Elaine Anderson (Bob) of Fernandina Beach, FL. Surviving also are stepsister, Peggy Creech (Jerry); stepbrothers, David Rosier (Jan), and Kenneth Rosier (Aubrey), all of Barnwell, SC. She will be cremated and a private burial will be held in Barnwell, SC at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Frances Willis SPCA, PO Box 1116, Summerville, SC 29484, Lowcountry Animal Rescue, PO Box 952, Ladson, SC 29456, or any other charity.
