"MAJ" Parker was my very first mentor in the Army in 1997. He was very easily amongst one of the best mentors I had throughout my whole career. He was a very kind soul and his laugh contagious. I know he is already greatly missed in this world but I know he is joyful in his new one. I will have a place of honor for him in February at my retirement. May all the memories that bring tears to your eyes today, soon bring smiles to your faces as you remember them.

Dear Theresa, our hearts are heavy with you and your family during this time bereavement of a giant of a man affectionately called by you "The General". I cannot ever recall a time we have spoken you weren't caring for Parker, Mother Chisolm, or the needs of the Children. I often wondered if you had any time left for yourself. You continuously lived a life selflessly, steadfast, and unwavering. Take comfort in knowing you stayed Devoted and True to the vows "..in sickness and in health,...as long as you both shall live". Keep your head up and continue putting your best foot forward because "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). Hugs and Love to You

My heart is heavy but God told me he is a burden bearer. We will miss Cliff and his dedication to serve while on this earth as a soldier and Charleston Police Officer. He will forever be remembered as a Soldier of the Cross. Theresa you are commended for your faithfulness and love shown to him and others. We will see him again in that great morning.
