Clayton "Pete" Harmon, Sr. Moncks Corner - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clayton "Pete" Harmon, Sr., 77, of Moncks Corner, SC born on July 15, 1941 and passed away on March 30, 2019. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 2 o'clock at Ridge Baptist Church, 2166 Ridge Church Rd., Summerville, SC 29483. Burial will follow at Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 2090 Executive Hall Rd., #130, Charleston, SC 29407. He was a veteran from the US Airforce and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He leaves behind a wife Sadie D. Beaudrot Harmon, a son Clayton Harmon Jr., three stepchildren, Johnny Leslie, Donna Leslie Nicholson, Ann Leslie Rudd, six brothers, Jerry (Sue) of Summerville, Steve (Maudetta) of Summerville, Clarence "Little Bill" (Celeste) of West Ashley, William "KK" (Debbie) of Blackville, SC and Henry of Summerville, and Paul of NC, ten grandchildren, Cody, Ian, Luke, Amy, Phoebe, Amanda, Stacey, Dianna, Ashley, and Rachael, ten great-grandchildren. He is pre-deceased by his parents Clarence "Bill" Harmon, Sr. and Dorothy V. Driggers Harmon, stepson Michael Leslie and one sister-in-law.
