Clarence Bernard Washington Charleston - The relatives and friends of Mr. Clarence Bernard Washington are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service 11:00 AM, Friday, December 30, 2022 at Greater Refuge Temple Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, 230 Huger Street, Charleston, SC. Interment - Greater Galilee Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ Cemetery, 8006 Steamboat Landing Road, Edisto Island, SC. A public walk-through will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Greater Refuge Temple Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Mr. Washington leaves to cherish his memories: his daughter, Camae (Fred) Brown; three grandchildren: Tavin Dowling, TyAsha (Narria) Dowling, and Tia Dowling; three great-grandchildren: JaNyla Fulmore, Tavin Fulmore, and Tavion Fulmore; five brothers: Marion (Phyllis) Washington of Pittsburgh, PA, John (Jan) Washington, Delbert Washington, and Kevin (Regina) Washington all of Charleston, SC, and Marvin (Rose Mary) Washington of Greenville, SC; five sisters: Christine Washington, Julia Graves, Melba (Harold) Gibbs, Mildred (Raymond, II) Rhett all of Charleston, SC, and Jeanette (Bill) Jones of Augusta, GA; two sisters-in-law: Mary Washington and Lorraine Washington; one-brother-in-law, James Brown, Jr.; three uncles: District Elder Joshua (Geneve) Washington, James Brown, and Elijah (Elder Rosie) Brown all of Charleston, SC; four aunts: Mother Mary Williams, Mother Dorothy Gibson, Reverend Zenobia Townsend (Arthur) all of Charleston, SC, and Louise (Huey) Wooten of Chicago, IL; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; friends: Deacon Wendell Sherman, David McGill, and Deacon Frank Russell; and his special friend, Jennifer Clement.
