Clarence Simmons JAMES ISLAND - The relatives and friends of Clarence Simmons will celebrate his life at a Graveside Service on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM in Hillsboro-Brown Cemetery. A walkthrough Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday from 4pm-6pm. Mr. Simmons leaves to cherish his memories his children, Clarence Simmons, Jr. (Vivian), Ellis Simmons (Bernice), Joseph Simmons (Jacqueline), Gilbert Simmons (Edmonia), James Simmons, Hermenia Johnson (Russell), Barbara Chavis (the late Marcus) and Patricia Brown (Roy); brother, William Simmons; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. One daughter preceded him in death, the late Margaret Mae Simmons. Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing are required for visitation at the mortuary and graveside services.
