To the Scott Family,

I am so sorry about the loss of brother Scott; He will be missed, I was so use to seeing him sitting in the trustee section of the church. I, along with my family will continue to pray for you and with you during these trying times.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

To the family of my former friend and co-fire fighter:

Scott and I spent many days and nights at the Fire Station on Coming Street. We ate together and discussed many problems. Later on when his son, Charles, followed in his footsteps and became a firefighter, I took him under my wings, after getting to know him.

I regret very much that I was not able to attend the wake service. After becoming a dialysis patient, my eye sight prohibits me from driving effectively at night. I will not be able to be with you at the service on Monday because I will be on dialysis. Please know that my prayers are with you as you go through this most difficult period.

I will miss Scott very much and I know he will be missed my many.

Clarence Scott, A professional firefighter, A Hero, family man, the man I looked up to! That helped me on my way as a young firefighter to his retirement. To the family. My condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Mr.Scott a few years ago and we hit it off right from the start although he was a very private person we talked alot. He was a very nice and sweet man. I will miss him as I'm sure you will even more. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time.May God continue to carry you all through the sorrow.
