Clarence Lincoln Mays N. CHARLESTON - Mr. Clarence Lincoln Mays, III, 65, of North Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Clarence L. Mays, Jr. and the late Margaret Bennett Mays entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in The Palmetto Memorial Chapel, 1122 Morrison Drive, Charleston, SC 29405. He will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 2915 Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC 29418. Viewing will on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the mortuary from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mr. Mays is survived by his uncle, Oscar Bennett; cousins: Barbara Conaway, Margaret Bennett, Thomas Bennett, Theodora Byrd, Oscar Bennett, II, Regina Bennett, Jerlinda Bennett, Artelia Bennett-Banks, Jonetta Faye Bennett, Natalie Bennett Thomas, Jacques Conaway and "Daughter" Alexis Smalls and a host of other loving family and sympathetic friends.
