Claire Louise Calvin ISLE OF PALMS - Claire Louise Calvin, 77, of Isle of Palms, SC, left peacefully for heaven on April 22, 2016. She joins her sweet husband of 53 years for eternity. She was born on Thursday, July 21, 1938 in Columbus, IN to the late Mrs. Maxine Robertson Lambert and the late Mr. Donald Lambert. Claire was loved dearly by her family. She leaves behind her children, Cathy, John and Carrie; grandchildren, Sean, Brendan, Zachary and Claire; and special friends and family to cherish the memories of a woman who was beautiful inside and out. She was predeceased by her loving parents; her husband, Richard Calvin; and her granddaughter, Lindsay. A Celebration of her life will be held at the Church of Holy Cross, 2520 Middle St., Sullivan's Island, SC 29482 on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM. A reception will follow at the church.
