I didn't get to know Chris but so well. Even with that every time I was around him he was always nice to me. You could tell he was a good person and I'm sorry I didn't get to know him better.

They say a smile is the best accessory that you can wear, and we will always remember that of Christopher's. His smile conveyed that he was friendly, jovial, personable, caring, and, above all, compassionate. There was a lot of life in his smile; the kind that made you feel comfortable and understood. Many surround themselves with people who have these qualities in order to feel loved and accepted, but such a find is rare except in this case. None of us will ever forget Chris's smile, what it taught, nor how contagious it was. We love you Donnie, Gail, and Kim and share the pain of your loss. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to meet such a pleasant, genuine, heroic, and inspiring person. We pray that you be given the strength to get through this trying time. Stay well.

I have the most wonderful memories of Christopher as a youngster playing with my children. I wish I could have known him as an adult. I'm sure his warm, fun, loving, caring personality carried through into adulthood. I'm glad he was our friend.
