Christopher Rivers Obituary

To Mrs. Jean and the entire family of Chris.

I am writing this on behalf of my nephew, Desmond. He was very close to Chris. They use to go out together as well as do other things before he moved away to Detroit. I remembered when Chris was driving trucks across the states, he would call Desmond to let him know whenever he was coming near Michigan. Desmond was always happy to hear from Chris and when he would come home to visit he would always visit Chris. Chris will be deeply missed by Desmond and he will hold on to the memories and good times that they shared together.

I remember when we use to play football at Bonds-Wilson, you know that you were going to have a good time win, lose or draw as long as he was there. I use to look across the field and would see a man that was filled with so much energy, its like he never stop going. Chris, I am going to miss you.
