Still have fond memories of your mother from our Coker days. Sure miss keeping up with your families. Didn't know about Demi's passing until recently. Hope all of you are well. would love updates on her grands.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Christine, my dear friend of many years. I will never forget her and will always cherish the memory of our friendship. To all the wonderful family members I have met over the years, I send my sincerest condolences and best wishes.

We were so sorry to hear of Christine's passing. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend. May her memory be eternal.

I remember her from my early childhood days [church, Sunday School, Greek school, etc.] I always enjoyed my interactions with her. Just returned from out of town and was so sorry to learn of the passing of your sweet mother and grandmother. Deepest sympathy to the entire extended Homer family. Mrs. Homer taught me P. E., Health, and Physical Science at Garrett High School when I was in the eighth grade. What a turn of events when Alexis taught all four of my children P. E. at Wando High School. I enjoyed seeing Mrs. Homer at certain events over the years and we always enjoyed talking. She will be missed by all who ever had the pleasure of knowing her.

Wonderful college memories. Could fill the page. Always called her on her bday and she was always surprised. Visited her in March, April, and May. We don't know a world without Christine Homer...but, what a beautiful mark she has left in our lives. We will all cherish the many memories we've made with her and your family over the years. Thea Christine was like a second mama to Peter and me, and we have wonderful memories of her at your house after school, visiting with her at "The Tavern" and enjoying special occasions. She will be greatly missed, far and wide, but what an incredible legacy she has left. No one truly loved and lost is ever really gone. A part of her remains in all of you. I took a strong liking to Christina when I first met her in about 1990, and began to go look forward to stopping by her store whenever I needed a bottle of wine or whiskey. Often going a bit out of the way; like from the airport to Kiawah Island. She seemed to have the unique combination of no-nonsense a personality and a wonderful sense of humor.

I wish I had known what a great basketball player she was, I certainly would have challenged her to a game of horse (and probably lost).

We will all miss her dearly, and will keep her family and friends in our thoughts and prayers,

We are very sorry to hear about Ms. Homer's passing and her loss will be felt. We are so glad that she handled our wedding (and I imagine so many more) and she always made me feel welcome in the church and community. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Homer, Glover, and Darby families and the extended family and friends that all good Greek families have.
