Charlie , I see your kind smiling face that I will never forget . May his grace / his peace / his love be with your family in their loss of you no longer being with them. You were a tremendous friend and a major blessing in the lives of the Gilbert family ; as I know that you were in the lives of countless others . We say our thank you to the Brown family "for making the sacrifice " in allowing us to share so much of a very kind and generous human being's time with us and countless others ; on his life's journey on this earth , because he was such a blessing to us and countless others . May God keep you "Charlie's family " in his loving care and May he guide & forever take care of each of you , as I know Charlie has already asked him to do .

I met Charlie years ago when he was a bartender at the Crows Nest. He was instrumental in me buying my first timeshare in Hilton head South Carolina. He introduced me to Mr. Angus Cotton.
If the truth be known, Charlie sold more timeshares than any agent on the island, although he was a bartender.
We were reunited, during the Christmas vacations when I played golf with the congressman. Charlie was and always will be remembered as a great man. He will be missed. Condolences from Fred and Bunny Jones in Columbia South Carolina.
