My heart is broken. The significant male figure in my life has gone to heaven and left me behind. Thank you for all of lifes lessons, scrabble strategies, spade games, and a house at 3150 I could always call home. We love you and we'll miss you. Continue to watch over Deja, Justin, Javon, and Owie (O.E. as U would say)

I was sad to hear of the passing of your love one. Had I known he was in the Hospital in Charleston I would have visited. I was unable to attend the service due to prior commitments, but know that my Prayers and that of my church lift you all up to God for strength and comfort during this difficult time. Prayers also for Willie. Hold on to God's unchanging hands he will carry you through the days ahead. I know you will find comfort in knowing so many share your lost. (Geruth's Neice).

To the Royall Family:
My deepest condolences to you all in the passing of Charles. I got to know him very well over the years and he was such a soft, kind hearted person. I am glad I had the chance to see him when he was visiting Charleston about a year ago. I am thankful for the time I did get to know him. May you all find peace knowing those who loved him will miss him. Look to God for strength through these hard times. Frances Middleton-Royall; Victoria, Ryan and Ro-Mello Middleton

Words can't express the way I feel at this moment, I am numb. It was a great pleasure to get to know such an extraordinary person like yourself in my lifetime. You will always be remembered. I am honored to have you as an uncle and also a father figure throughout my years. Without you, the decisions that I have made today and throughout my life have been solely on the talks and advice that you have given me. I will truly miss speaking with you and hearing you say, "Give everyone my love and kisses, until next time I will be talking to you",---I love you and until we meet again, I will keep you in my heart. *YOUR NIECE MIRANDA*
