It was with sadness that I heard of Coach Low's passing. He and Coach Crosby created and nurtured something very special at PG and those of us fortunate enough to have been part of it were lucky young men indeed. Except for my own father Coach Low probably influenced my life than any other man. Condolences to Coach's family.

To the Low family and Friends..Having just recently seen Mr. Low in the last few months - I am so shocked and sad to see this today...

I worked for Mr Low and Georgia Waters when I was at the young tender age of 12 yrs old -- they helped my through the difficult decision that either direction of life paths could take me.. Thankfully I got to Thank both Mr. Low recently and years before the passing of Mrs Waters - For saving me - Inspiring me to achieve and to dream.. As a young impressionable man to hold your line - To toe the line with HONOR, RESPECT AND SELF-RESPECT to include responsibilities and direction with determined focus - learning a skills on dealing with my peers and seniors person..

The Charleston Area has lost a Fine Man and Fellow Man here on Earth.. But Jesus as gained a devoted man - whom loved with all his heart and a Man whom gave his all..

May Mr. Low now rest in Peace and Travel with God Speed..

Thanks for the memories and life lessons learned by and through you - My Friend - Charlie Low !!!!

Charlie was the director at St. Andrews Playground when I started coaching there over 40 years ago. He and Bill Gregory were the best duo to work for. They also kept me in stitches all the time. Charlie knew when to be tough and when to be your friend. They made a new coach's life so easy and their early guidance was probably one of the reasons I stayed with coaching for so long. Please accept my condolences for the loss of a great leader, coach, and friend.
