Charles Johnson Obituary

JOHNSON, IV, Charles Charles R. Chuck Johnson, IV, of Adams Run, husband of Rhonda Pepper died Sunday, September 17, 2006 at his residence. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 2 o'clock at Adams Run Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 6 until 8 o'clock this evening. Mr. Johnson was born August 21, 1955 in Albany, Georgia, son of the late Charles R. Johnson III and Nathalee Tougie Martin Johnson. He was a graduate of schools in Albany, Georgia. He was a P & D driver with Estees Company. He was an active member in Adams Run Baptist Church where he worked the audio visuals. Surviving in addition to his wife are: Step daughter: Christy Pepper of Mount Pleasant; 1 sister: Kay Elizabeth Johnson of Charleston; Nieces and nephews: Jessica Williams Crowley of Charleston, Kevin Williams of Charleston, Brandy Humphrey of Georgia and Joey Johnson of Georgia. CHUCK WAS A CLOSE FRIEND THAT WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED IN MY HEART. I WORK FOR ANOTHER LOCAL TRUCKING COMPANY, AND WE TALKED OFTEN. WE ALWAYS HELPED EACH OTHER AND LOOKED OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER.
