Today is a sad day learning about you! You will always be my friend no matter what Mr. Charles!! Just want to say thank you for everything you ever did for me! You helped me in more ways then you could have ever imagined!!!! Im so grateful to have met you and to this day I carry words of wisdom you dropped on me. Thanks for always encouraging me and giving me the strength to live another day. Thanks again, I hope your living your musical dreams with your maker and enjoying the other side! My condolences to a great man. Dual Military Service, was helpful during the 9/11 World Trade incident, a councilor and a friend. I will keep him and his family in my prayers. Godspeed and God bless . Miss you Charles. See you on the other side.

Chuckie was my cousin and we went to high school together.

I read his obituary and was amazed that he was in war, but not amazed that he touched countless lives with his empathy and goodness. Chuck was a good man.

I wish we had stayed in touch, and I am proud to have him for family.

Although I have never met "Chuckie", after the Wonderful, Uplifting service that was held, I felt like l had always known him. I do have the pleasure of knowing his younger brother & his mother. I had the opportunity to meet the rest of the family on Saturday...all Beautiful people! My condolences go out to the entire Greene family. I am truly Blessed to be a part of this family. I worked with Charles up until my retirement in March of 2020. He was a very dedicated therapist, who cared deeply about his patients and co-workers. I send my deepest condolences to his family. Know that God makes no mistake.

My heart goes out to the Greene family, and especially to Peyton who I know was at the center of Charles´ world. Charles will be missed by so many who crossed paths with him. I am deeply saddened by his death. He is gone much too soon. Charles was young in age and at heart.

I feel fortunate and grateful to have known Charles through years of sharing an office at DMH. I found Charles to be a true individual, a steady source of love, support, wisdom, compassion, and humor. I especially enjoyed sharing music with him. His enthusiasm for creating lyrics and beats was infectious!

I am sending my love, my prayers and my sincere condolences to the family what an honor to know this fine young man and my heart is breaking so much. I am like an Aunt to Valerie’s children and Charles Jr will always be my guardian angel forever Chuckie’s memory will forever remain in our hearts. “ Blessed or those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”

Charles was a unique individual. I always enjoyed talking to him. His intelligence stood out immediately during conversations. He had such a smooth charismatic style when he spoke, a good sense of humor, and the patience to discuss disagreements in a calm professional manner. Charles would have been successful working in any career of his choice. I feel very fortunate to have shared the time we had together. I'm certain I am a better person for knowing Charles for many years. I thank Charles for sharing of himself , and his family for sharing him with us all.

My heart breaks to know he is gone. He has always been so important to me. We worked very close for about 3 years and then kept in touch. He was funny, caring, supportive, and an overall amazing soul. I still tell people our funny stories and shenanigans that we had happen at DMH. Charles I will forever keep you in my heart as you are one of my kindred people. You touched my life in an amazingly special way. Words can’t let me express how I am feeling. I’m leaving this for you CharlesI will miss you and I love you my friend.
