Charles Breland Obituary

BRELAND, Charles The funeral service of Charles Jacob Breland, 70, of Albany, GA who died Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 P.M. at Life Christian Center International. Pastor Stan Glass will officiate. A native of Charleston, SC, Mr. Breland had resided in Cottageville, SC before moving to Albany, GA ten years ago. He served in the U.S. Army and was employed with and retired from the Port Authority. He was preceded in death by a son, Bernard Hartwell Breland and a daughter, Matilda Mae Hallman. Survivors include a daughter, Donna Elaine Ballinger of Leesburg, GA; two sons, Charles Wayne Breland of Valdosta, GA and Donald Dwayne Breland and his wife Tara of Cottageville, SC; a brother, Herbert Breland; and a sister, Rose Mary Adam both of Walterboro, SC; seven grandchildren, Keith Breland, Justin Breland, Ashley Brooke Ammons, Amber Rene' Wisener, Corey Ballinger, Tyler Tritan Breland and Allison Victory Breland. Visitation will be held today from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Life Christian Center International. Those desiring may make donations to Life Christian Center International, 1211Stuart Ave. Albany, GA 31707.
