Charles "Chuck" Blake III Summerville - Charles Bertram "Chuck" Blake III, 59, of Summerville, SC, passed away the evening of Friday, July 9, 2021, at his residence. Charles was employed by Republic Services, Walmart, and Goodwill. He is survived by his loving mother, Valera "Evelyn" Blake of Summerville, SC; youngest sister, Janet L. McLaughlin and husband, Marty; nephews, Bradley and Brandon of Summerville; middle sister, Donna L. Blake; niece, Jennifer and husband, Jason Chinnis, and their daughter Lainey of West Ashley; oldest sister, Laura A. Blake-Orr and husband, Joe; niece, Shelley; nephew, Blake of Chapin, SC; special family member and god-sister, Stephanie Bower of TN; numerous cousins; two aunts; and many friends. Charles is predeceased by his father, Charles B. Blake, Jr. A graveside service will be held on July 19, 2021, at 11:00 am at Summerville Cemetery, 642 Boonehill Rd., Summerville, SC 29483. Please contact Parks Funeral home for more information. Memorials may be made in his name to the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired South Carolina.
