To Carrie and Family...Charles was one of a kind. I first met him in January 1986. We were co-workers and would fight all of time. When I switched over to CI from civil, he and I developed a close friendship that lasted years after he retired. I last spoke with him a couple of months ago about our dear friends and co-workers, Ed and Richard. We picked up like it was yesterday. I knew something was wrong with him, but Charlie always too proud to make it about him. Prayers and thoughts to you! Charlie was a great man who would give you the shirt off his back.

Charles...rest in peace my dear friend! You have always been there for me and I will never ever forget you! Elizabeth
