Charleston, SC - The relatives and friends of Mr. Charles Bailey Jr. will celebrate his life on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM in New St. James Bethel AME Church, 5305 Maybank Hwy., Wadmalaw Island, SC. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation will be held at the mortuary on Tuesday from 4-6PM.
