I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know Charlene personally, but when I went to total wine I always looked for her. She was so friendly and nice. I will miss seeing her smiling face.

It saddens me to read the passing of such a lovely lady. I worked with Charlene at Total Wine for about six months and she was a delight. It was obvious she adored and was so proud of her daughter. I was in Total Wine this week and told my husband I didn´t see her because I always tried to go to her aisle so we could chat briefly; now I know why she was missing. R.I.P. Ms. Charlene and please watch over all of us.
