I will always cherish my memories of Celia and my time working for her and Mickey. She was so generous to me in many ways. When the store was slow, she did not send me home, rather, I raked leaves at the synagogue.

Gerrie, Helen & Arlene. I have so many memories playing at your house with you, sunday school and extremely fond memories of times at the family store. Oh my gosh, if only we had service with love and knowledge today like your parents gave for so many years. I admit, your mom's stash of sweet deserts was my downfall at times but that's another story. Your house was filled with love and I was fortunate to be a part of your family growing up. I will be in touch soon.

Celia was the dearest, sweetest person. She graced our Sabbath meals whenever she could when we were in town. We will miss her terribly. May the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Very saddened to learn of Miss Celia's passing. I met her at The Cutting Edge every Friday, as our appointments were one after the other. Will treasure her recipe for Orange Slice Cake, which she gladly shared !! My sincerest sympathy to her family. She will be greatly missed.

Gerrie,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. So, so sorry to hear of your loss. Gerrie, even though we've not seen one another in such a long time, I still feel close to you. Know you and your sisters will remember your Mom with happy thoughts and laughter. (That's how I get through with the loss of my parents). She was a special lady. For sure, Beaufort will miss her greatly. Thinking of you, Helen & Arlene with love.

Heaven got a little brighter when Celia was re-united with Mickey. What a great lady she was. I had the pleasure of working with Celia and Mickey during my formative teenage years and they taught me a great deal about Life, Work, and Kindness toward others. My thoughts and prayers go out to Arlene, Geri, Helen and their families.
God Bless You All!

Moving to Beaufort was one of Roy and my greatest joys. Meeting the bridge people was an enormous part of that feeling. We will miss Celia as she was always a great lady and a joy talk with every time we were togther. I hope she is safe forever now.

We will all miss Celia when we gather on Tuesdays to play bridge. She was always fun to be around and I always enjoyed her company. My thoughts and prayers are with Gerrie, Helen, and Arlene, and her brothers and all of her extended family.

I don't ever remember not knowing Cele. She and Mickey were such a wonderful team, and her stories and her great salesmanship were legendary. She was devoted to her husband and family, and that family included so many friends as well. One of our great privileges was celebrating Cele and Mickey's 50th wedding anniversary, a party that won't be forgotten! We all grieve with you, and send love and sympathy to everyone.

My Aunt Celia and Uncle Mickey were a joy to visit when our family would make our annual visit to Beaufort. I remember like it was yesterday when Uncle Mickey would say "Celia, I've told you a million times, don't exaggerate !!". She was a wonderful woman and a "laugh-a-minute" to be around.

I am so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful woman, always that sweet smile and in all the years I knew her never a cross word uttered her lips. She will be missed by so many in Beaufort.
